What this is. FoodTruckCleared provides educational information about food truck permitting: published laws and agency rules, step sequences, document templates, and worksheets. It is not legal advice, not a permitting or filing service, and not affiliated with any state agency, city, association, or truck manufacturer. We never file, apply, or inspect for anyone.
No outcome is promised. Permit, licensing, and inspection decisions are made by issuing offices and inspectors under their current rules. We do not promise that any application will be approved, any inspection will come out any particular way, or any timeline an agency publishes will be met.
Accuracy and dates. Rules are summarized from the sources named on each page and stamped with the date they were checked. Rules in this market change frequently; where a page says a row is compiled or being double-checked, treat it as unverified until you confirm it with the issuing office. The issuing office's current published page governs your permit.
The kit. The kit is a digital information product delivered as a web page, sold for a one-time payment of $29. It is licensed for the buyer's own business use.
